KathleenAPPLETONMrs Margaret Bolton, John, Mr and Mrs Wayne Greenhalgh would like to thank all the members of their family for their continued love and care during Kathleen's accident, illness and subsequent death. We found great solace in the constant care that we received and the knowledge that this care would be continued. Special thanks to Victoria, Phil, Cormac, Niamh, Dan, Sarah, Oak, Carmel, Ian, Anthony, Catherine, Tom and Vanessa. Thank you to everyone for the masses, flowers, cards, messages of sympathy and generous donations to Alzheimer's Research UK. We would also like to thank St Marie's choir, and Margaret's Godson Anthony for playing the organ. Thank you to those who attended the Requiem Mass. Special thanks to Father John Broadley and Father Frank Downs. Thank you to Caroline Holden-Dewhurst from Johnson Durning & Woods for her kindness, professionalism and efficiency. It has been heart warming for them to realise the esteem in which Kathleen was held by so many people. The love and support they have received has made a most distressing time a little more bearable.
